Shipping Options

Untracked Letter Mail (stickers & prints only)

Domestic (USA) - $1.28

International - $2.15

NOTE: Some sticker and print orders will automatically upgrade to tracked shipping when they exceed the maximum letter mail size.

Tracked Packages (washi tapes, keychains, tote bags)

Domestic (USA) - $5

International ~ $14 - $25 (calculated at checkout -- I know tracked shipping is expensive, so you'll receive tons of extra freebies!)

NOTE: Unfortunately, there are some countries I cannot ship to:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bhutan, Germany, Laos, Macao, Myanmar, Niger, Niue, Russia, Slovenia, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Yemen

Import/Customs Fees

You are responsible for paying any additional costs on your end, such as import duties, customs fees, or any other local postal requirements issued by your country and are aware of this before making a purchase.

Please check your country’s customs office info to see what these fees are. The customs process may also delay your order.

 I, MandosBakeShop, am not responsible for any fees or taxes incurred on your order and these fees are not included in the item’s price or shipping costs.

3 - 5 business days (Orders will not be shipped on weekends and holidays)

Domestic (USA): 3 - 7 business days

International Orders: 7 - 42 business days

USPS shipping times can vary and some countries may see additional shipping delays, so please be patient!

 

Returns and Exchanges

I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

 

Refunds or Replacements

If your order is missing items, you received the incorrect item(s), the allotted delivery time has passed, your items arrived damaged, or have any other issues, please contact me here and I will do my best to remedy the situation. (Reviewed on a case-by-case basis)
