About Me

My name is Miranda and I'm a Chinese-Filipino American illustrator and designer based in California. I love creating illustrations inspired by my everyday life, memories, food and desserts, or anything that interests me!

Initially, Mando's Bake Shop was meant to be a kind of virtual bake shop where I could combine my love for baking and art. Now, it's become so much more; a place to explore new mediums and ideas, relate to people and make meaningful connections, celebrate my asian background and culture, and grow as a person and creative.

My art tends to be warm and rich with color and texture, but I'm always experimenting with my style.
